Licence maintenance - Agency executive officers can pay for their brokers

You have recently received a licence maintenance notice along with an explanatory note. In this note, we have notified agency executive officers that they can pay the licence maintenance fees of brokers working within their establishment.

Are you an agency executive officer? Here is the procedure to follow to use this option:

• Open a Synbad session
• In Synbad menu, click on My record
• Click on Licences tab
• Click on Make your payment blue button
• Your licence maintenance notice appears on the screen
• Click on Continue. You can then pay your licence maintenance and/or those of your brokers

And do not forget that you can check the licence maintenance status of your brokers, by clicking on My record tab accessible through Synbad,
