Notice regarding the notification procedure introduced following the coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure

With the coming into force of the new Code of Civil Procedure on January 1, 2016 and, therefore, the authorization to notify by any appropriate method, including by technological means:

“110. Notification may be made by any appropriate method that provides the notifier with proof that the document was delivered, sent or published.  Such methods include notification by court bailiff, by mail, by delivery, by technological means and by public notice. […]”

The OACIQ Litigation Department and Registry Service created two email addresses in order to adapt to this new communication method.

For this purpose, any notification to the Litigation Department shall be sent to the following address: notificationcontentieux@oaciq.com.

And any notification to the Registry Service shall be sent to: notificationgreffes@oaciq.com.
