A sneak preview at the TV and web ads that start airing on September 27, 2010
The OACIQ is happy to give you a sneak preview of the four TV advertising capsules in English and French that will air across Québec from September 27 to October 24 as part of the OACIQ’s advertising campaign. These ads use quasi-realistic, humoristic situations to show that some things are better left to the professionals. The OACIQ is using this analogy to demonstrate the importance of going through a real estate broker when buying or selling a residential or commercial property. These ads will air in French on TVA, SRC, RDS, Historia, Canal D, LCN and Canal Vie, and in English on CBMT, CFCF and CKMI.
For more details on the programs on which the capsules will air and on the date and times where they can be seen, check the grids by clicking on the following link:
In addition to these TV capsules, four big box banner ads in English and French will be disseminated on the web during the same period, showing the concrete benefits of dealing with a real estate brokerage professional. These ads will be used in rotation on the following sites: Cyberpresse.ca, MSN.ca, Canoe.ca (excluding the micasa.ca section), Réseau BV Média, Google, MontrealGazette.com, Canada.com, SRC.ca and Météomédia.com.
Finally, you will find a screen capture of the campaign microsite’s home page. It will soon include the OACIQ’s new GeoLocator tool, which will allow users to access directories of real estate brokers in specific Québec areas, simply by entering a postal code. The TV and web ads were created by the Montreal ad agency Sid Lee and produced by the Jimmy Lee production company. The media placement strategy was developed by Touché! PHD, an affiliate of the Omnicom group.
This integrated TV/web campaign is part of the OACIQ’s efforts to showcase the expertise of real estate brokers. We are confident that the campaign will be an attention grabber and a great way to promote our profession!
