The Association des courtiers et agents immobiliers du Québec (ACAIQ) has produced this folder to inform consumers about the consumer protection mechanisms in the world of real estate brokerage in Québec. It briefly describes the various activities of the Association : Certification, Professional Inspection, Syndic, Discipline Committee, Legal and Ethical Information and so on.
