Update
The OACIQ is pleased to announce that it has received authorization to resume classroom certification examination sessions as of June 15. A protocol including measures to ensure the safety of OACIQ candidates and employees will be strictly followed to meet the health rules prescribed by the government. For all the details, check the FAQ in the Becoming a broker section.

The government has authorized the resumption of residential and commercial real estate brokerage activities in Quebec as of May 11.

To protect the public, we have made available to real estate brokers a Best Practices Guide during the COVID-19 period, which also includes the health rules prescribed by the government. Click here to check it out.

We are confident that brokers will follow these recommendations to ensure safe transactions for everyone.

Although the OACIQ’s offices are closed and no visitors are admitted, agents of the information centre Info OACIQ, like all OACIQ departments, continue their activities remotely to limit the impact of this pandemic as much as possible.
