The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended Anh Tri Vo’s licence for 90 days and ordered him to pay a fine of $3,000

Brossard, November 18, 2019 – Sanction

On September 13, 2019, the Court of Quebec upheld on appeal the decision of the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) that suspended Anh Tri Vo’s real estate broker licence for a period of 60 days and fined him $3,000 for receiving remuneration without remitting it immediately to the agency he was acting for. The Discipline Committee also suspended his licence for an additional period of 30 days for making a false statement to the Assistant Syndic who conducted the investigation, for a total suspension of 90 days.
