The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended Ludmilla Bulavinzeva’s licence for 45 days and ordered her to pay a fine of $4,000

The Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) has suspended Ludmilla Bulavinzeva’s real estate broker licence for 45 days for failing to inform two buyers of a water leak in the basement of the immovable. She was also fined $4,000 by the Committee for notably allowing that the existence of previous inspection reports and foundation stabilization work not to be indicated in two seller’s declarations concerning two different properties.
