The OACIQ Discipline Committee has suspended Pierre Trottier’s licence for 30 days and imposed a fine of $4,000 and a reprimand on him

The Discipline Committee of the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) has suspended Pierre Trottier’s real estate broker licence for 30 days and imposed a fine of $4,000 and a reprimand on him for failing to inform a collaborating broker of the existence of another promise to purchase he himself had received and prepared, for disclosing the content of a promise to purchase to a real estate broker representing another prospective buyer, as well as for refusing or neglecting to present a counter-proposal to his selling client as soon as possible.
