The OACIQ Discipline Committee suspended Patrick Galvan’s and Gilda Galvan’s licence for 30 days each

Brossard, October 8, 2019 – Sanction

The Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) suspended Patrick Galvan’s real estate broker licence for a period of 30 days for not having paid or remitted the GST/QST amounts collected as part of his real estate brokerage activities. His licence was also suspended for another 30-day period, along with that of his spouse, Gilda Galvan, for abandoning the immovable they bought while they were in charge of selling it, without the knowledge of the seller. However, the Discipline Committee reduced Patrick Galvan's licence suspension to 30 days for these two offences.
