Licence Renewal
The OACIQ licence renewal period is underway.
The period covered by this licence renewal extends from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
Steps to be taken before Thursday, April 30, 2026:
- Update your personal information via the Online Checkout
- Pay the annual licence fees of $2,059.86, including the FICI contribution, FARCIQ premium, the subscription to lnstanetFormsTM electronic forms and taxes
REMEMBER:
If you carry out residential real estate transactions, you must subscribe to InstanetFormsTM electronic forms to access current versions of brokerage forms.

Good to know:
It is recommended that you do this as early as possible to be able to seek assistance, if necessary, and to avoid any traffic on our systems closer to the deadline.
Method of payment
- Preferred payment method: credit card via the Online Checkout
- Other options: cheque or electronic payment through your financial institution, received no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026
- Allow for processing times of 24 hours to 3 business days depending on the financial institution
- No in-person payments are accepted
Fees and receipts
Within 48 hours after the payment, the receipt will be available in the “Receipts and invoices” section in the Brokers' Area.
IMPORTANT:
Any oversight or delay will result in:
- The suspension or
- Revocation of your licence
You will then have to cease all brokerage activities after April 30. For more details, read this article.
