Subscription service to electronic forms

The OACIQ provides real estate brokers with electronic forms accessible via the InstanetForms^TM platform. It is always possible to print these forms as needed – the use of NCR paper is recommended in this case.

For the current year, the subscription cost is $75 (before taxes) for unlimited access from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. InstanetForms^TM fees are detailed here and vary depending on the month in which you wish to start or resume your practice.

When a real estate broker carries out residential real estate transactions, he must subscribe to InstanetForms^TM electronic forms to access current versions of brokerage forms.

Subscription renewal

The subscription to InstanetForms^TM electronic forms expires on April 30 of each year. To avoid any service interruption, real estate brokers must renew their subscription before this deadline.

New subscription

Whether or not they are registered with Centris, real estate brokers are encouraged to subscribe to take advantage of the many benefits offered by the OACIQ electronic brokerage forms.

The subscription gives access to 62 electronic forms available in French and English:

· 30 mandatory forms
25 recommended forms
7 administrative forms

Allow about two hours after subscribing to access the forms via InstanetForms^TM, as this is the time required to perform the usual checks and create your account.

Every real estate broker subscribed to the service may also register, at no charge, up to three members of his administrative staff, who will have access to InstanetForms^TM using a personal code provided by Centris®.

Subscription terms

Subscriber – Only the holder of a valid licence issued by the OACIQ may subscribe to InstanetForms^TM.

Term – The InstanetForms^TM subscription comes into effect no more than two hours after subscribing and remains valid until April 30 of the year following the date of subscription.

Authorized administrative staff – The real estate broker who already has an active subscription is authorized to register, at no cost, three members of his administrative staff who will have access to InstanetForms^TM using a personal code.

Registration of administrative staff – The real estate broker must himself register the member(s) of his administrative staff using the first names, last names, business emails and user numbers issued by Centris® and, if applicable, notify the OACIQ promptly whenever this or these person(s) is (are) no longer authorized administrative staff members.

Professional activities – The real estate broker undertakes to ensure that his authorized staff member(s) use(s) his InstanetForms^TM subscription only for his own professional activities, and to inform them of the terms of use of the InstanetForms^TM subscription.

Prohibited use – The real estate broker acknowledges that he may not allow another real estate broker to use his InstanetForms^TM subscription or the subscription of his authorized staff member(s).

Copyright – The real estate broker acknowledges that the OACIQ is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights pertaining to the format and content of the mandatory and recommended forms, which are determined according to the Real Estate Brokerage Act and made available on InstanetForms^TM or in hard copy format. Therefore, the licensee undertakes not to authorize the reproduction, distribution, publication, or any other use thereof.

Verification – The real estate broker acknowledges the OACIQ’s right to verify compliance with these subscription terms and the conditions of use of InstanetForms^TM.

To offer you InstanetForms^TM, the OACIQ has retained the services of Centris®, which ensures:
