NOTICE is hereby given that Hans Shelso , real estate broker, licence number D7771, whose establishment is located in St-Jérôme, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) and (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

Following the meeting of 26 January 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mr. Hans Shelso’s licence.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on february 20,2023.
