NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON DANIELLA TOMIC’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Daniella Tomic, real estate broker, licence H6134, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On September 20, 2023, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Tomic’s licence:
 

  1. She will be prohibited from acting on her own account until she is discharged from bankruptcy.
 
  1. Within 30 days of notification of this decision, she shall send the OACIQ Registry Service proof that her credit card has been submitted to the bankruptcy trustee for cancellation.
 
  1. She shall send a copy of the proof of discharge from bankruptcy to the OACIQ Registry Service.
 
  1. Should the licensee not be discharged from her bankruptcy by April 11, 2024, her file will be resubmitted to the Committee.


If Ms. Tomic fails to comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on October 25, 2023.
