NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON ARASH ASADOLLAH NIAJAMI’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Arash Asadollah Niajami, residential real estate broker, licence number J1174, whose establishment is located in Montreal, has had a condition and a restriction imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 9 of the Regulation respecting broker's and agency licences and section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On September 11, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee concluded that it is appropriate to issue a real estate broker’s licence to Mr. Niajami with the following condition and restriction:
  1. Within 3 months of his licence issuance, the applicant must complete the current refresher training program provided by the OACIQ Training Department.
Should Mr. Niajami fail to comply with the above condition and restriction, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on January 22, 2026.
