NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON NICOLAS TESSIER’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Nicolas Tessier, residential real estate broker, licence number J5476, whose establishment is located in Beloeil, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On August 28, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Tesssier’s licence:
Should Mr. Tessier fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on December 1st, 2025.

On August 28, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Tesssier’s licence:
- Within 12 months of licence issuance, the licensee must take the training course "Formation sur la gestion de la colère" (Anger management training) and send proof thereof to the OACIQ Registry Service.
Should Mr. Tessier fail to comply with the above conditions and restrictions, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on December 1st, 2025.
