NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON JESSY CARON’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Jessy Caron, real estate broker (licence H8656), whose establishment is located in Quebec City has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On October 12, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Jessy Caron:

  1. Prohibiting her from carrying on brokerage activities on her own account and/or from being designated as agency executive officer and/or from acting as one, until the Syndic’s Office decides not to file a complaint or until the Discipline Committee renders a final and enforceable decision on the complaint filed by the OACIQ Syndic’s Office.

If Ms. Jessy Caron fails to comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on November 9, 2022.
