NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON GEORGES HURTELOUP’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Georges Hurteloup, full-service real estate broker (licence B2797), whose establishment is located in Sainte-Thérèse, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On August 14, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Hurteloup’s licence:
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s
and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on October 22, 2025.

Notice is hereby given that Georges Hurteloup, full-service real estate broker (licence B2797), whose establishment is located in Sainte-Thérèse, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
On August 14, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Hurteloup’s licence:
- Within 30 days following notification of this decision, the licensee shall submit proof of repayment of the following amounts: $1,000.00 to Mr. Éric Ménard, $500.00 to Mr. Michel Dupuis, and $500.00 as a donation to the “Un toit pour tous” foundation.
- The licensee shall provide proof that he has completed his probation no later than December 24, 2025, or on the scheduled date if the probation period is extended.
- The licensee shall inform the Committee of any conviction for a breach of the conditions of his probation within 7 days of its occurrence, from the date of notification of this decision until November 24, 2025, or until the end of his probation in the event of an extension.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s
and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on October 22, 2025.
