NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF
MARC-ANDRÉ PILON’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Marc-André Pilon, full-service real estate broker, licence number C1043, whose establishment is located in Saint-Sauveur, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to sections 38 (2) and 38 (5) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of September 25, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Marc-André Pilon’s licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on December 15, 2025.
