NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF
MATHIEU JONCAS’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mathieu Joncas, commercial and residential real estate broker, licence number E7692, whose establishment is located in Quebec, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38(5) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of January 29, 2026, the License Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Mathieu Joncas licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on July 7, 2026.
