NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON NANCY SAVAGE’S LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Nancy Savage, residential real estate broker, licence number H1057, whose establishment is located in Westmount, has had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

On October 23, 2025, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Savage’s licence:
  1. She shall be prohibited from carrying out real estate brokerage activities on her own account until the expiry of a 36-month period following the end of her probation.
  2. She shall be prohibited from carrying out real estate brokerage activities within a business corporation until the expiry of a 36-month period following the end of her probation.
  3. The licensee shall send proof of completion of her probationary period to the Organization’s Registry Service no later than July 3, 2026.
If Ms. Savage fails to comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until she does so.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.

The decision became enforceable on February 16, 2026
