NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF
OLIVIER MARTEL’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Olivier Martel, residential real estate broker, licence number J3068, whose establishment is located in LaPrairie, had his licence revoked, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to sections 38(3) and 38(5) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
Following the meeting of October 9, 2025, the License Issue and Maintenance Committee decided to revoke Olivier Martel licence.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting broker’s and agency licences.
The decision became enforceable on February 11, 2026.
