NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS
ON MR. JULIEN MACAMEAU’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Julien Macameau, real estate broker (licence E2972), whose establishment is located in Laval, had restrictions or conditions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), on August 31, 2016, pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

Thus the following conditions are imposed on Mr. Julien Macameau’s licence:

a) Mr. Julien Macameau shall complete, within a four-month period following his licence issuance, the training entitled “Savoir budgéter et gérer ses revenus et dépenses”, provided by St-Hyacinthe’s CÉGEP and accredited and recognized under the OACIQ Mandatory Continuing Education Program, in addition to courses that he must take to meet his continuing education obligations.

b) THAT for a period of 6 months following the date of his discharge from bankruptcy, he enter into an agreement with his agency for the latter to keep in trust the taxes due to the governments and remit such taxes;

c) That he send a copy of this agreement to the OACIQ Registry within 30 days following his licence issuance;

d) That in the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item b), he enter into an agreement according to the same conditions with the new agency and that he send a copy of this agreement to the OACIQ Registry within 30 days following the agency change;

e) That he transmit a copy of his certificate of discharge from bankruptcy or any other document proving that, as soon as he receives it.

Failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned conditions shall result in the suspension of Mr. Julien Macameau’s licence until such time as he complies.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).

The decision is enforceable as of the date the licence is issued, i.e., September 29, 2016.
