NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS
ON MAYA ABAJI’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Maya Abaji, real estate broker, licence No. G5000, whose establishment is located in Montréal, had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec, pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (R.S.Q., c. C-73.2).
On July 4, 2018, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Maya Abaji’s licence:
She must complete, within a 3-month period following the issuance of her licence, the training entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker”, provided by the OACIQ or any other training deemed equivalent by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department, in addition to courses that she must take to meet her continuing education obligations.
If Maya Abaji fails to complete the training within the specified period, her licence will be suspended until such time as she complies.
In addition, for a two-year period following the issuance of her licence, she will be prohibited from acting on her own account and being designated and/or acting as agency executive officer in the event she obtains the qualifications to do so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
