NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS
ON FRANÇOIS LAPOINTE’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that François Lapointe, real estate broker (licence D4622), whose establishment is located in Montréal, has had a condition imposed on his licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On April 10, 2019, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on François Lapointe’s licence:
Within a 6-month period following the notification of the decision, he must complete the training entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker”, provided by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department, in addition to courses that he must take to meet his continuing education obligations.
If François Lapointe fails to complete the training within the specified period, his licence will be suspended until such time as he complies.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
