NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON KATIA ROBITAILLE’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Katia Robitaille, real estate broker, licence number H3166, whose establishment is located in Quyon, had conditions and restrictions imposed on her licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec, pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On February 10, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Ms. Robitaille’s licence:
a) For a period of three (3) years following the issuance of her licence, prohibiting her from carrying on activities on her own account and from being designated and/or from acting as agency executive officer.
b) Within 30 days of receiving this decision, she shall forward to the OACIQ Registry Service a letter from her agency executive officer attesting that he is aware of her criminal record.
c) In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item a), she must send a letter from her new agency executive officer attesting that he is aware of her criminal record to the OACIQ Registry Service, within 30 days following the agency change.
If Ms. Robitaille fails to comply with the conditions imposed, her right to engage in real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until she does so.
This notice became enforceable on March 1st, 2021.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
