NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON KOSTANTINOS DIGALETOS’ LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Kostantinos Digaletos, residential real estate broker, licence number H1320, whose establishment is located in Magog has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

On October 6, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Digaletos’ licence:

That Mr. Digaletos’ licence should be maintained with the following conditions and restrictions:

a) He will be prohibited from acting on his own account or as agency executive officer for a period of two years following the issuance of his licence.

b) For a period of two years following the issuance of his licence, he shall enter into and maintain a written agreement with the agency within which he carries on his activities to the effect that the latter holds in trust the GST and QST payable to him, as real estate broker, until he is required to remit them along with his tax return;

c) A copy of this agreement shall be forwarded to the Organization’s Registry Service within thirty (30) days following his licence issuance;

d) In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item b), he must enter into an agreement under the same conditions with the new agency and send a copy thereof to the Organization’s Registry Service, within 30 days following the agency change;

If Mr. Digaletos fails to comply with the conditions imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.

This notice became enforceable on November 19, 2021.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
