NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON SHAFAQ ALI’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Shafaq Ali, real estate broker (licence H6680), whose establishment is located in Montréal has had a condition imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (3) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On January 20, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Mr. Ali:
a) For a period of 24 months following his licence issuance, prohibiting him from carrying on activities on his own account and from being designated as agency executive officer and/or from acting as one.
Should Mr. Ali fail to comply with the above condition, his licence shall be suspended until he does so.
This notice became enforceable on March 1st, 2022.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
