NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
ON MARCUS MONFISTON’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Marcus Monfiston, residential real estate broker, licence number H5415, whose establishment is located in Saint-Hubert has had conditions and restrictions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 37 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On February 17, 2022, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions and restrictions on Mr. Monfiston:
That it is appropriate to issue a licence to the applicant with the following conditions and restrictions:
a) For a period of 36 months following his licence issuance, prohibiting him from carrying on activities on his own account and from being designated as agency executive officer and/or from acting as one;
b) The period referred to in paragraph (a) shall end when the applicant accumulates 36 months as an active real estate broker’s licence holder;
c) The period referred to in paragraph (a) shall be suspended in the event the applicant suspends or revokes his real estate broker's licence.
If Mr. Monfiston fails to comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.
This notice became enforceable on March 22, 2022.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (CQLR, c. C-73.2, r. 3).
