NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS
ON MR. PIERRE DUFAULT’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Pierre Dufault, real estate broker (licence A8818), whose establishment is located in Brossard, had restrictions or conditions imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), on March 9, 2016, pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
Therefore, Mr. Pierre Dufault is prohibited from acting as agency executive officer or on his own account.
Mr. Pierre Dufault, is also ordered to complete, within a 6-month period following the notification of the committee’s decision, the training entitled “Savoir budgéter et gérer ses revenus et dépenses”, provided by St-Hyacinthe’s CÉGEP and accredited and recognized under the OACIQ Mandatory Continuing Education Program, in addition to courses that he must take to meet his continuing education obligations.
Failure to comply with the above-mentioned conditions shall result in the suspension of Mr. Pierre Dufault’s licence until such time as he complies.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
The decision is enforceable as of April 20, 2016.
