NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS ON
GARRY GAUDREAULT’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Garry Gaudreault, real estate broker (licence C4908), whose establishment is located in Trois-Rivières, had conditions imposed on his licence, in accordance with the decision of the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), made on January 16, 2019, pursuant to section 38 (2°) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
The Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions on Garry Gaudreault’s licence:
- For a period of two years following notification of this decision, the licence holder shall enter into and maintain a written agreement with the agency within which he carries on his activities to the effect that the latter collects and holds in trust the GST and QST, then remit them to tax authorities upon the filing of the licence holder’s tax return.
- A copy of this agreement shall be forwarded to the OACIQ Registry within thirty (30) days following notification of the decision.
- In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item a), he must enter into an agreement according to the same conditions with the new agency and send a copy of this agreement to the OACIQ Registry, within 30 days following the agency change;
If Garry Gaudreault fails to comply with the conditions imposed, his right to engage in professional real estate brokerage activities shall be suspended until he does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
