NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF CONDITIONS
ON HUSSEIN ALAWIEH’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Hussein Alawieh, real estate broker (licence E2883), whose establishment is located in Montréal, has had a condition imposed on his licence, following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On October 10, 2018, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Hussein Alawieh’s licence:
a) Following the notification of the decision and at the first opportunity where this training will be provided, Mr. Hussein Alawieh must complete the training entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker”, provided by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department, in addition to courses that he must take to meet his continuing education obligations.
If Mr. Hussein Alawieh fails to comply with the condition imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.
The decision was served on November 17, 2018.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
