NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS
ON CHRISTOPHER SALADOR’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Christopher Salador, real estate broker (licence E8882), whose establishment is located in Laval, had conditions imposed on his licence, in accordance with the decision of the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), made on March 14, 2018, pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).

The Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following conditions on Christopher Salador’s licence:

a) Mr. Christopher Salador must complete, within a 60-day period following the notification of this decision, the training entitled “The broker as a self-employed worker”, provided by the OACIQ Continuing Education Department or any other equivalent training accredited by the OACIQ, in addition to courses that he must take to meet his continuing education obligations.

b) Until he is discharged from bankruptcy and for a one-year period following the date on which he will be discharged from bankruptcy, Mr. Christopher Salador must enter into a written agreement with the agency for which he is acting, so that the agency keeps in trust the GST and QST that could be submitted to him, as a real estate broker, until such time as he is required to remit them, upon filing his tax return;

c) A copy of this agreement shall be sent to the OACIQ Registry, within 30 days following the notification of this decision;

d) In the event of any agency change during the period mentioned in item b), he must enter into an agreement according to the same conditions with the new agency and send a copy of this agreement to the OACIQ Registry, within 30 days following the agency change;

e) ) He must send his certificate of discharge or any other document proving that he is discharged from bankruptcy to the OACIQ Registry, as soon as he receives it.

If Mr. Salador fails to comply with the conditions imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he meets these requirements.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
