NOTICE OF IMPOSITION OF A CONDITION
ON JEAN JUNIOR DROUIN’S LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Jean Junior Drouin, residential real estate broker, licence number G5839, whose establishment is located in Gatineau has had a condition imposed on his licence following a decision by the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ), pursuant to section 38 (2) of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (CQLR, c. C-73.2).
On May 5, 2021, the Licence Issue and Maintenance Committee imposed the following condition on Mr. Drouin’s licence:
That it is appropriate to maintain Mr. Jean Junior Drouin’s licence and impose the following condition:
a) Within thirty (30) days following the notification of this decision, he shall send a letter to the OACIQ Registry Service stating that he undertakes to file his tax returns and pay the sales tax amounts quarterly for a period of two years. This letter shall be signed by the licence holder and his agency executive officer.
If Mr. Jean Junior Drouin fails to comply with the condition imposed, his right to carry out real estate brokerage activities will be suspended until he does so.
This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r. 3).
The decision became enforceable on June 8, 2021.
