NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
OF MR. MICHEL TREMBLAY’S LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Michel Tremblay, former real estate broker (licence no. E9561), whose establishment was located in Montréal, has been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) of the offence summarized below:
1st count: On September 29, 2011, while he was assigned to testify in a disciplinary complaint brought against another member, failed to remain available to testify;
thus committing an offence under Section 71 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising.
On November 12, 2013, the Discipline Committee ordered a suspension of Mr. Michel Tremblay’s real estate broker’s licence (licence no. E9561) for a period of ninety (90) days on count no. 1 of the formal complaint, to be served as of the expiry of the appeals deadline if the defendant is the holder of a licence issued by the OACIQ or, if not, whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
Given that Mr. Michel Tremblay is no longer a licence holder, his licence will be suspended for a period of ninety (90) days whenever he becomes a licence holder again.
This notice is given in accordance with Section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
