NOTICE OF LICENCE SUSPENSION

NOTICE is hereby given that André Gaudet, former real estate broker, Licence No. C7355, whose establishment was located in Montréal, has notably been found guilty by the Discipline Committee of the OACIQ of the offence summarized below:

Count 7: Failing to recommend that the deposit to be paid for the purchase of a property be deposited in the trust account of a licence holder and / or failing to pay the sums received as a deposit in a trust account in connection with two promises to purchase on or around July 20, 2011 and at a date later than August 15, 2011.

On May 12, 2015, the Discipline Committee ordered the suspension of André Gaudet’s licence (No. C7355) for a period of ninety (90) days, to be served whenever he becomes a licence holder again.

This notice is given in accordance with section 33 of the Regulation respecting the issue of broker’s and agency licences (R.R.Q., c. C-73.2, r.3).
