NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
MICHAEL LECHASSEUR LANGLOIS’ LICENCE (G5063)

Be advised that on October 30, 2025, the Court of Quebec ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Michael Lechasseur Langlois, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, be suspended from November 19, 2025 to May 19, 2026, for committing the following offences:Count 1: On or about August 21, 2018, concerning an immovable located in Quebec City, while representing a promisor-buyer, had the sellers sign the brokerage contract to sell, in order to secure remuneration for himself.
Count 3: Between or about February 11 and 13, 2019, concerning an immovable located in Quebec City, when he was informed by the promisor-buyer that he was not comfortable with the procedure of forging documents in connection with a financing application made by a third party, he reassured him so that he would nevertheless continue his dealings with the third party to complete the transaction.
Count 4: Between or about April 2 and 3, 2019, concerning an immovable located in Quebec City, allowed the sellers and the promisor-buyer to sign the Amendments stating that the sellers had received the downpayment from the promisor-buyer, in order to lead the mortgage lender to believe that the promisor-buyer had the necessary downpayment to acquire the said immovable.
