Be advised that on August 28, 2023, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker licence of Mr. Robert Henry Weber, whose establishment is located in Laval, be suspended from October 2 to December 30, 2023, for committing the following offence:

Count 1: In Laval, while he was the executive officer of the Royal LePage Le Carrefour agency and in that capacity had been served with a writ of seizure held in escrow against a real estate broker in court file number 540-22-025774-174: a) on or about December 7, 2018, allowed a negative garnishee declaration to be filed while he knew or could not have been unaware that remuneration was due to this broker and b) on or about December 18, 2018, notably reimbursed sums that were owed to him personally by this broker or that he owed to the agency from the remuneration subject to seizure.
