NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
TONY BERNIER’S LICENCE (C7046)

Be advised that on April 10, 2025, the Court of Québec upheld the decision of the OACIQ Discipline Committee which ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Bernier, whose establishment was located in Lévis, be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 3a): On or about August 26, 2020, concerning building C located in Stoneham-Tewkesbury, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, solicited the promisor-buyer and had him sign a promise to purchase to present it to the sellers, while the building was not yet listed on an information listing service in accordance with clause 6.1, thus committing an offence against the sellers.
Count 4a): On or about February 6, 2021, concerning building D located in Stoneham-Tewkesbury, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, solicited the promisor-buyer and had him sign a promise to purchase to present it to the seller, while the building was not yet listed on an information listing service in accordance with clause 6.1, thus committing an offence against the seller.
