Be advised that on January 6, 2026, the Court of Quebec confirmed the decision of the Discipline Committee ordering that the real estate broker licence of Mrs. Francine Simard, whose establishment is located in Brossard, be suspended for a 30-day period, from January 8 to February 22, 2026 for committing the following offence:Count 1: On or about December 31, 2020, placed herself in a conflict of interest situation by making a promise to purchase on the property she was to sell under a brokerage contract to sell, even though she knew that a promising buyer had already made a promise to purchase.
