NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
ALAIN GRAVEL’S LICENCE (C9830)

Be advised that on September 19, 2025, the Court of Quebec confirmed the decision of the Discipline Committee ordering that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Alain Gravel, whose establishment is located in Quebec City, be suspended for a period of 90 days peridod. His license will have been suspended from October 24, 2025 to November 27, 2025, following the revocation of said license, and from March 19, 2026 to May 13, 2026, considering the reinstatement of the license, for having committed the following offenses:
Count 1: On or about February 2, 2021, while he knew that the seller was represented by a real estate broker under an exclusive brokerage contract to sell, deprived the seller of the broker's advice by presenting and having the seller accept the promise to purchase.
Count 2: On or about February 2, 2021, while he knew that the seller was represented by a real estate broker under an exclusive brokerage contract to sell, presented and had the seller accept the promise to purchase without his real estate broker's knowledge.
