Be advised that on May 20, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Ahcène Ramdane Pacha, whose establishment was located in Saint-Hubert, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offence:
Count 1: As of January 26, 2024, hindered the investigation conducted by the Assistant Syndic by failing to forward the requested documents and information.
