Count 1: In Gatineau, while his real estate broker's licence was suspended, first administratively and then provisionally by a decision of the Discipline Committee, he led others to believe that he was authorized to act in that capacity: a) as of or about July 24, 2023, by continuing to use his email address yassineremax@gmail.com in a professional context and by failing to ensure that the electronic signature was modified to remove his title as a real estate broker and the name of his former agency; b) as of or about February 14, 2024, by failing to ensure that the name Re/Max was removed from the voicemail message on his cellphone;
Count 2: In Gatineau, as of or about August 23, 2023, while his licence was temporarily suspended by a decision of the Discipline Committee, he acted as a real estate broker by providing advice to a former client who was consulting him in that capacity for the sale of her property.
Count 3: On or about October 27, 2023, while his licence was temporarily suspended by a decision of the Discipline Committee, he abused the trust of a former client, who had consulted him as a real estate broker for the sale of her property, by borrowing a sum of money from her under false representations and failing to reimburse it in full.
