Be advised that on September 23, 2025, the Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Natasha Santos, whose establishment was located in Montreal, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offence:
Count 1: In Montreal, on or about October 10, 2023, and on or about April 30, 2024, hindered the work of the Syndic's Office by failing to respond to its various communications.
