NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
SYLVIA DUCA’S LICENCE (B9655)

Be advised that on April 11, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Ms. Sylvia Duca, whose establishment was located in Ayer’s Cliff, be suspended for a period of 90 days whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: On or about July 30, 2021, contacted the agency with which she had just terminated a transaction and falsely presented herself as working for the “Commission des normes du travail” and indicated to the Chief Compliance Officer that she would receive a formal notice, notably because she had acted as a real estate broker.
Count 2: As of February 1, 2024, hindered the investigation conducted by the Syndic's Office by not providing it with the documents and information it had requested on several occasions.
Count 3: On or about February 6, 2024, obstructed the Syndic’s Office investigation by failing to attend a meeting to which she was summoned by the investigator.
