NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF GUILLAUME CLOUTIER’S LICENCE (E8759)

Be advised that on May 12, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Guillaume Cloutier, whose establishment was located in Gatineau, be suspended for a period of 30 days whenever he becomes a licence holder again for committing the following offence:
Count 2: On or about February 10, 2021, while having been contacted by the Seller who needed to sell Immovable 1 located in Masson-Angers to acquire vacant lots 1 and 2 located in Saint-André-Avellin and for which he held brokerage contracts to sell, asked the promisor-buyers 1 to visit and make a promise to purchase on Immovable 1 through his intermediary and without any competition.
