NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
OF HELENI GKOUVOUSIS’ LICENCE (C4993)

Be advised that on June 12, 2025, the Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mrs. Heleni Gkouvousis, whose establishment was located in Montreal, be suspended for a period of 60 days whenever she becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1: As of or about February 21, 2021, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, failed to objectively advise or inform the seller regarding the marketing of a property, notably as to the asking price and waiving the use of Centris.
Count 4: As of or about February 21, 2021, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, failed to objectively advise or inform the seller regarding the marketing of a property, notably as to the asking price and waiving the use of Centris;
Count 5: On or about February 21, 2021, in the course of the performance of a brokerage contract, failed to prioritize the interests of the seller by giving preference to the promise to purchase of her sister-in-law when the seller was in a multiple offer situation.
