Be advised that on January 26, 2026, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Pierre Leboeuf, whose establishment is located in Fabreville, be suspended from March 5 to April 3, 2026, for committing the following offence:
Count 2: On or about May 4, 2021, concerning a property located in Terrebonne, prior to accepting a promise to purchase, failed to promote or protect his selling client's interests by not informing her that real estate brokers had shown an interest in the property.
