Be advised that on September 23, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Jonathan Morin, whose establishment is located in Saint-Jérôme, prohibiting him from personally collecting and administering all taxes related to the sale or lease of properties, for a period of five (5) year, from November 14, 2025 to November 14, 2026 inclusively, for committing the following offence:
Count 1: Failed to submit the amounts collected between or about January 1, 2017, and September 18, 2018, as Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Quebec Sales Tax (QST), to government authorities concerned.
