Please be advised that on June 27, 2025, the Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate brokerage licence of Mr. Guy Grenier, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended upon his reinstatement for the following offense:
Count 1: Between or about December 14, 2022, and February 13, 2023, has failed to cooperate with the OACIQ Inspection Department by failing or neglecting to submit the pre-inspection questionnaire, despite several reminders.
