Be advised that on October 31, 2025, the OACIQ Discipline Committee ordered that the real estate broker’s licence of Mr. Amine Hanafi, whose establishment was located in Laval, be suspended whenever he becomes a licence holder again, for committing the following offences:
Count 1a) and 1b): Failed to collaborate with the OACIQ Inspection Department by not attending the “Mandatory Inspection Closing Meeting” on or around June 13, 2023, and September 21, 2023, despite multiple notices and reminders.
